MJCA are looking for graduates to join our team of consultants providing independent advice on a range of environmental issues to the public and private sectors. We offer a graduate development programme that provides training and support to assist you in your career progression and enables your individual skills to be honed and developed.
Successful candidates joining our team will work on a wide range of interesting and challenging projects and will be given the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced consultancy. As the work MJCA undertake is project based, the workload offered is ever changing allowing for graduates to gain experience in a range of environmental issues, as well as providing opportunities for you to see projects through from their first conception to the finalising stages. You will be provided with a personal development plan, on the job training and guidance and support to assist you in your new role.
To be considered for our graduate development programme you will need to have, as a minimum, a BSc qualification in a related / similar subject area to your chosen field and have a keen interest in developing a career in Environmental Consultancy. At MJCA we have a variety of departments who focus on geological and hydrogeological projects, environmental engineering works, planning applications and permit applications and compliances, often working collaboratively on a range of projects.
